At  Degam Organic, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept cancellations or refund requests once an order is placed. We encourage you to carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery, providing relevant evidence such as photos and your order number. We will promptly investigate the issue and offer appropriate solutions, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Please note that cancellations or refunds due to change of mind, wrong choice, or delayed delivery will not be accepted.
